Srinagar, Jan 29: Rayees Muhammad Bhat, an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, has been appointed as the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Udhampur-Reasi Range.
Previously serving as the DIG of the South Kashmir Range (SKR), Bhat brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
